C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (Open with Notepad)

add the following text to the end of the text file:
203.106.85.66 www.facebook.com

On Windows Vista/7, if it is possible, turn off the User Account Control (UAC) to prevent unnecessary warning to the modification. Peristiwa kena tindih (hantu ea?)

pukul 3 pagi aku kena tindih, memang xleh nak gerakan badan langsong. semua kebas. aku mengucap. terdengar ada suara "asal kau sebut nama Allah?(bergema)[Nie aku mimpi ke ape?]". wuuu sorang2.

TAPI. ada sesetengah orang kata itu bukan pasal hantu. fenomena hempap/tindih ni nama medicalnya 'sleep paralysis'.
Sleep paralysis atau dimelayukan 'lumpuh waktu tidur' adalah condition yang terdiri daripada paralysis (lumpuh) yang temporary (sementara). Temporary paralysis ni selalu berlaku bila time2 nak tido (hypnagogic paralysis) atau baru2 bangun dari tido (hypnopompic paralysis).

Antara sebab atau benda2 yang boleh men'trigger' sleep paralysis:
1. tidur dalam posisi terlentang terlalu lama
2. jadual tidur yang tak tentu arah (irregular sleep clock)
3. sleep/rest deprivation (tak cukup tido la tu... penat sgt)
4. stress yang byk kat otak... masalah keluarga, kewangan, bla2...
5. pertukaran gaya hidup secara tiba2 ( selalu dok lepak rumah jer tetiba esok gi panjat gunung, kayuh beskal...aktiviti extreme)
6. orang yang ader penyakit narcolepsy

So janganlah lagi percaya kononnya kena tindih ngan hantu hempap-hempap. Sebenornya korang lagi hantu!!!

Personally, I don't like how lightbox style used up for users to see any images / gallery at this time.
Should be, Facebook make option for users choose to use it or not. Not by compulsion.
